HFTC Volunteer Day

You’re invited!

All the women of Welsh and Colliers are invited to Hope for the City’s Volunteer Day.

When: September 19^th
Where: Hope for the City Warehouse: 7005 Oxford Street St. Louis Park, MN 55426
What time: Lunch will be served at 12:30pm
Volunteer time will be 1:00-3:00pm

Please make your way to the back side of the building to the BLUE awning that says "Hope For The City Volunteer Check-In."  Our staff will greet you there.

Facility Services, Brokerage and Property Management have now also received their Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certifications.  As a certified woman-owned and operated business, Welsh and Colliers will now have opportunities to win more government and large corporate contracts through supplier diversity programs.

Ann Hartman Promotion to Senior Real Estate Manager

Congratulations to Ann Hartman on her promotion to Senior Real Estate Manager.  Ann has been with Welsh for 12 years, recently received her CPM designation and works on John Johannson’s retail portfolio.  Congratulations, Ann!!

Book Club

If anyone is interested in joining the monthly book club, the next gathering has been changed from June 26th to July 9th from noon to 1 PM in the Boardwalk conference room.  Feel free to bring your lunch. The book we’ll be discussing is “Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet” by Jamie Ford.  Even if you don’t have time to read this, please consider attending to hear about the next book.
